Beautiful copper repoussé framed in heavy bronze table lamp by Albert Gilles. The majority of his copper repoussé lamps are light copper and framed in wood for commercial purposes, but this lamp has heavy gauge copper and is framed in heavy cased bronze. It is museum quality. Back and front have different designs. Measurement includes the lampshade. Base measurement: 18" x 9", frame measurement 14" x 18"

I believe this was made when he left France and was living in the United States.
